I have over thirty years' experience in business, consulting, and community services. I understand the pressures of running your own business, juggling family and owning an identity.

As a single parent of two beautiful young people, I have negotiated the pathway from parenting children to living with young adults and the pitfalls and emotions that go with no longer being "needed" and finding your new way.
